西地那非  做前1小时吃，药效大概是4小时，他达拉菲 也是做前1个小时 ，药效有48小时。
但是他们都是只能让你更硬不至于紧张或者其它什么原因不够硬，但是做爱前一定要睡够8小时精神饱满哦。
这些助勃的要都没有延时的功能，想要延时，可以头天晚上射一次，等做爱的时候就没那么容易射的快，或者吃点达泊西汀。
这几种要最好是做爱前1小时吃，因为会对胃有点不舒服。
